About the Excellence in Wellness Awards
Every year, we analyze client health and wellness outcomes to identify organizations driving meaningful change. In 2026, more than 2,500 companies were evaluated, with 30 earning this distinction.
The Excellence in Wellness Award honors employers that demonstrate measurable impact, strong engagement, and a deep commitment to supporting the whole person.
Recipients were selected based on 2025 program data. Organizations of all sizes were considered, and winners were determined using a cumulative score across four key categories:
- Being an Impact Player: Program Engagement
- Total Well-being Support: 5 Pillars of Well-being & Benefit Integration
- Strong Leadership Support and Participation
- Improvements in Clinical Outcomes
These pillars remain at the heart of our evaluation process because sustainable well-being requires participation, integration, leadership buy-in, and real results.
