Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Communications Manager with a passion for effective communication. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful self-starter that will oversee and continue to develop strong user-facing branded communications, continuously improve the participant experience, and positively impact client retention.

Communications Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Execute and Analyze Promotional Strategies for Marquee Health’s Clients
  • Collaborate With Client Success and Operations Teams to Develop Tier-Based Communication Strategies
  • Oversee The Creation of Branded Flyers, Posters and Brochures for Clients Using Existing Brand Elements
  • Ensure The Company’s Brand Identity Is Consistent Across All Electronic and Printed Materials
  • Ensure That Print and Electronic Communication Projects Are Completed Timely and Accurately to Meet Distribution Schedules
  • Lead And Manage Communications Team with Integrity, Clear Communication, And Accountability
  • Work With Print Vendors to Manage Production Schedules and Delivery of Materials
  • Identify Aggregate and Client-Specific Trends Based on an Analysis of Program Utilization Data
  • Lead Communications-Related Projects
  • Work with the Sales Team to Present Marquee Health’s Communication Approach to Client During the Sales Process
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices and Integrating Them into Our Communication Strategies

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) to Seven (7) Years of Experience in the Development of Client Facing Communication in A Wide Variety of Mediums
  • Project Management Experience
  • Proven Track Record Managing a Team of Professionals
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • This Position Requires an Exceptional Writer and Creative Thinker
  • High Sense of Personal Accountability and Ownership
  • Self-Motivated, Organized and Detail-Oriented
  • BS/BA In Communications or Related Field

Compensation

This position is a full-time, salaried role. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, 100% company-paid single coverage medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
