What services are available through my wellness program?

Marquee Health offers free, confidential health coaching addressing a multitude of subjects in order to help you prioritize your health and wellness. Employees have access to health improvement modules, a wellness portal and app, on-demand wellness videos, the Wellbeing Place Blog, personal health assessments, monthly webinars and promotional materials, and more. 

Please refer to your company’s wellness materials for specific program information.

How do I find the specific wellness benefits available through my employer?

Every wellness program is highly customized and unique to help you align your goals, stay motivated, celebrate successes, and redefine what health and wellness mean to you. Contact your HR Department or email the Marquee Health Member Experience team at [email protected] for additional information about your wellness program benefits.  

What happens when I call a Health Coach?

A member’s first step in their coaching program is to complete an Initial Health Assessment, which provides valuable insight to help transform your personal health and wellness. Together with your coach, you will build an individualized plan that will guide you toward meeting and exceeding your goals while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A member may choose a topic (see sample topics below) and begin scheduled meetings with their dedicated health coach.

Is there a limit to Health Coaching participation?

You have unlimited access to health coaching via phone throughout your company’s plan year. Participants also have access to email and video coaching.

Is the wellness program confidential?

Yes! Your personal information and activity within the wellness program will not be shared with anyone, including your employer. Additional information regarding privacy and confidentiality is available when registering for the wellness portal.

How do I access the wellness content and videos?

Check out the MyWellPortal App for access to FREE webinars, videos, newsletters, the Wellbeing Place Blog, and more are all available at your fingertips. 

How can I easily access the website?

Clearing your cache, utilizing Chrome as your browser, ensuring software is up-to-date, and disabling pop-ups will allow for the most functional and optimal use of the website.

Upgraded Program Specific Questions

If I am a new hire, when can I expect my account to be active?

Your account will be ready for you to access within two to three weeks after your effective start date. 

How can I register for a biometric screening?

Click on the Biometric Screening tile from the app or website homepage. Next, click the Register button and select the method for how you’d like to participate. After successfully completing registration, follow the instructions for how to prepare for your upcoming screening.

Once the screening is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to download and print your results by visiting the Biometric Screening tile on the app or website homepage and clicking the View Results button.
